Our Product Return Policy

At JustUrns.com we value all of our customers and want your experience and your product to be perfect for you.

JustUrns.com products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 30 days from the date received. Please inspect the merchandise that you have received for any discrepancies or damage. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please call or email us to receive a return number (RMA).

Next make sure the following conditions are met :

1. RMA # is clearly posted on the outside of the shipment packaging


2. The returned item, and packaging, is in "brand new" condition
      (unless reported as damaged)


3. The packaging is not damaged
4. The return package has been postmarked and shipped within the 30 days
5. All items are in original condition with all original labels and tags still attached
      (Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging)
   
6. The original packing slip is included
7. For an exchange please provide a return shipping postage
      (only if return is not due to an error from JustUrns.com)

Any items that we deem not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for return and no credit will be given. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. A $10 restocking fee may apply to all individual items and only the item cost excluding any shipping charges is refundable unless the return is due to an error from JustUrns.com. For your protection, we recommend that you get a tracking number with insurance.

No returns on Personalized, Custom, or engraved items except as a result of an error from JustUrns.com.
